These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KANASA VPN’s applications, websites, and VPN services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
KANASA VPN provides an encrypted tunnel between your device and our VPN servers. The Service may change over time (for example: server locations, protocols, features, and performance) and may be unavailable occasionally due to maintenance or events outside our control.
If the Service offers paid plans, your subscription may renew automatically unless canceled. Billing and refunds are handled by the platform or payment provider you used (for example Google Play). If you subscribed through an app store, you must manage your subscription (including cancellations) through that store’s account settings and policies.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
We may impose reasonable technical limits to protect the Service, prevent abuse, and maintain performance (for example: connection limits per account/device, rate limits, or temporary restrictions). We will try to apply these measures in a fair and non-discriminatory way.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and the Service for your personal use (or internal business use if explicitly allowed by your plan). You may not:
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANASA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will KANASA or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
